Avoid working here if you can.ISCRIBE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a Private company incorporated on Thursday, 06 September 2007. There are some really good people working at this company, but they're mistreated each and every day. Morale is so bad it's palpable and the office always has an air of depression hanging over everything. That's all well and good until you consider the fact that you're still reliant on receiving a paper check on time (which didn't always happen) and that banks don't waive account fees for deposits made through mobile apps.Īll of this has led to terrible morale throughout the company with the exception of a few people who don't seem to realize there's anything amiss. During one meeting, the CEO said that the "ability to deposit checks on your phone" had negated the need for direct deposit. The company didn't offer direct deposit until 2020 and that was only due to the pandemic. You will learn a lot of skills here, but the downside is that most of those skills are particular to Scribe's systems and have no use or relevance outside of that context. Raises are few and far between and those you do get are often the result of a long, drawn out process after badgering the CEO to just sit down and discuss the situation. This has also lead to a high rate of turnover and difficulty in hiring anyone in the first place. Salary is low considering the CEO only wants to hire people with college degrees and who have "experience" despite the starting position being entry-level. ![]() ![]() He thinks it's a "teaching" moment, most likely, but it's unnecessary and cruel. He refuses to admit when he's made a mistake (or doesn't recognize his mistakes, which is just as bad) and has no problem publicly shaming people before the entire company to prove a point. The "Director of Publisher Services" is so full of himself and is constantly trying to solve problems that don't exist (outside of his imagination). For example, if an employee is doing something incorrectly, management will send a blanket email to everyone as if it's a company-wide problem, rather than speaking directly to an employee. They can never say what they mean in emails or other communication. The CEO is constantly lying to or misleading not only employees, but their own clients. ![]() The company used to be better about flex time, but after the CEO's wife came on board that was largely stripped away. Every minute of the day needs to be logged, whether you have actual work to perform or not, which is incredibly stressful when work is slow. They exploit their employees through low wages and by overworking them (CEO once stated in an email that it was his goal to make sure everyone was overworked). Upper management at this company is one of the most toxic I've ever had to work with and its only gotten worse over time.
